Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, and combines her professional expertise in finance, marketing, sales, customer experience, and technology to provide exceptional guidance in the real estate market. Having personally built six homes alongside her husband, Stefanie’s extensive experience with builders, contractors, vendors, and home design makes her uniquely qualified to assist clients interested in new construction.Known for her dedication, integrity, and commitment to excellence, Stefanie is a trusted advisor to her clients. She is an active supporter of several local organizations, including the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce, Zonta International Fredericksburg Chapter (Board Member), Willow City Fire Department, Texas Land Conservancy, and Willow City Church. Stefanie is also a proud member of the Austin Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Central Hill Country Board of Realtors, and Texas Realtors.Outside of real estate, Stefanie enjoys traveling to the beaches of the Caribbean and many areas in Europe as well as exploring the National Parks. Spending quality time with her husband, supporting Texas Tech football where her son attends school, and playing with her French bulldog are top of her list. She and her husband, high school sweethearts, currently reside in Willow City, Texas, after raising their son, Josh, in the Bee Cave area.
